Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Because we gather certain types of information about the users and members of Eastern Division NSP’s website, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Eastern Division NSP respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy. Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence. It is collected so we can provide our members and affiliate members with the educational courses they seek.  We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information. We maintain some records of individuals who purchased courses and who contacted us.  We maintain these records in case we need to contact you later or provide further information to you in the future. However, we do not provide this information to anyone else without your permission.

Our server and tracking software collects information about the date and time in which our website was accessed and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site. We use this information to analyze web traffic; we will only be able to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the websites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are unavailable from these measurements. Regarding GDPR compliance, Eastern Division does not service non-members or individuals outside the northeastern United States.  All individuals purchasing or participating in events, courses, or credentialing examinations operated by Eastern Division NSP are National Ski Patrol and Eastern Division NSP members.  As such, they are subject to NSP’s privacy agreement, terms, and conditions, as well as those detailed on this page.
